Sarah and Kendra created Arya Design to fill a need in the market. Investors want a beautifully decorated furnished rental with massive cash flow but don’t have the time to curate decor, furnishing and deliveries. That’s where we can help.
Know that we are investors first. Interior Designers are fantastic at what they do and we honor their craft; however, your AirBnB or medium-term rental doesn’t need artisan chairs or a cream Moroccan poof. We will save you money on furniture that is durable, delicious and downright cute all at the same time. We will put your money where it matters to ensure you the five-star reviews you deserve.
They named the company after the name of the botique hostel they met at in Bali.
Arya (Sanskrit ārya; Pāli: ariya) is a term used in Buddhism that can be translated as"not ordinary", "valuable", "precious", and "rich".
All Done For You
We do all the shopping and installation in person for you. This includes shopping, picking up items, handling deliveries, and even hanging pictures on the wall. We would agree on a time for us to fly out there, and get everything set up for you. For one 2 bed, 2 bath this would take us approximately 5 days. Price: $6,500 + two round-trip flights and a vehicle rental. We suggest a $19/day Uhaul Cargo Van to cut down on costs.
