            • We aim to provide the best service to our customers. Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

              • A 50% upfront payment is required to secure our services. This payment is non-refundable if you choose to cancel or decide not to use our services after booking.

              • If, for any reason, we are unable to provide or render the agreed-upon services, we will issue a full refund for the upfront payment.

              • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment date.

              Our team will take up to 7 days to create customized design boards and a furnishing tracker that align with your needs.

              Review and Approval:

              Set up a follow-up call to review the design boards and furnishing tracker.

              Once you approve the designs, we’ll proceed with the next steps.

              Implementation:

              For Awesome From Afar services, all items will be delivered to the address you provide.

              For All Done For You services, our team will travel to your location to set up and style everything on-site, bringing your vision to life.
